I am specialised in Full Body Relaxing Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage with Aromatherapy oils. Both massages have the scope of stimulating relaxation within the body, however, the Deep Tissue technique focuses on deeper muscle tissues, using more pressure. Alongside this, the Deep Tissue massage will allow more focus on tendons and fascia in your body. The fascia are groups of connective tissues that hold fundamentally everything in place.

Studies showed that after just one Deep Tissue massage, one’s blood pressure falls after approximately 40 minutes to 1 hour. Additionally, further studies proved that cortisol levels also reduced after the session, alongside an increase in the releasing of such as serotonin and oxytocin, helping with happiness and relaxation.
