Everyday life, exercise, injuries and stress can all lead to a build up of tension in the body. If left unchecked this can cause pain and tightness through the bands of tension we have running through our body. My job is to work with my clients to identify and reduce residual tension using Raynor deep tissue massage.
Raynor massage is a unique treatment first introduced by Naturopath Brandon Raynor which he developed after years of practicing several Eastern massage practices. I will tailor each treatment to the clients needs, focusing on tracing the source of tension to provide a relaxing and restorative treatment.

My preferred working hours are evenings and weekends but with notice will be happy to accommodate clients needs where possible.

I have an introductory offer for new clients of 40% off a first consultation and treatment.
