Throughout the session, only the area being worked on will be uncovered. Your privacy and comfort are always respected.

Aftercare

After your massage, I recommend drinking plenty of water to help flush out toxins. It's also advisable to avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day to allow your body to benefit fully from the massage.
