Indian Head Massage
This rejuvenating massage is an alternative medicine massage focusing on the head, upper back, shoulders, head and face. It can be done seated or on a table. It will invigorate and relieve tension from the mid-back and can stop headaches or migraines.

Foot massage
This massage, often borrowing elements from shiatsu (see below) or reflexology, will increase endorphins, reduce tension and improve your circulation.

Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Swedish massage.

Swedish massage, the most common form of massage, is relaxing and soothing, and usually incorporates techniques such as kneading, gliding/stroking, rubbing, tapping and vibration, improving circulation and soothing muscles to relax you. Specific areas of the body can be focused on upon request, the aim being to reduce your emotional and physical stress.

Aromatherapy massage bears similarities to Swedish massage, although essential oils will usually be used. Shiatsu means ‘finger pressure’ and is a centuries old practice carried out with the recipient fully clothed. It works on pressure points to restore balance. Manipulation is performed with the fingers, thumbs or palms. It can relieve stress, anxiety and depression. Deep tissue massage applies slower, forceful strokes to release strains and knots.
